Sirius Losses Continue

Sirius reported 4Q revenues of $685 thousand and a net loss of $134.1 million, or $1.74 per share. This compares with a net loss applicable to common stockholders of $83.6 million, or $1.52 per share, for the 2001 quarter.

For the full year, Sirius reported revenues of $805 thousand and a net loss of $468.5 million, or $6.13 per share. This compares with a net loss of $277.9 million, or $5.30 per share, for 2001.

Sirius counted claimed just under 30,000 subscribers at the end of 2002 with an ARPU of approximately $7.47.

SES GLOBAL Revenues Up 38% to EUR 1.35 Billion in 2002

SES GLOBAL announced consolidated results for calendar year 2002. The results include the first full year's contribution from SES AMERICOM

-- Revenues rose to EUR 1.35 billion (+38%) -- EBITDA of EUR 1.1 billion, representing an EBITDA margin of 82%

-- Profit of the Group declined to EUR 205 million, after deduction of goodwill amortisation and financing charges related to the acquisition of SES AMERICOM

-- Net debt reduction of EUR 479 million, to less than EUR 2.7 billion -- Dividend of EUR 0.20 per A-share recommended

-- Contract backlog at EUR 6 billion
