iBasis Stock to Move to OTC Bulletin Board Trade on Over-the-Counter Bulletin BoardiBasis, Inc., a provider of international voice services for carriers including AT&T, Cable & Wireless, China Mobile, China Unicom, Concert, Sprint, Telefonica, Telenor, Telstra, and WorldCom, announced that it received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market that the it's securities will be delisted from trading on The NASDAQ National Market due to the company not meeting certain minimum listing requirements. iBasis stock will begin trading on the NASD-operated Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the symbol IBAS as of November 14, 2002. Pegasus Reports 3Q ResultsPegasus Communications reported revenues of $225.9 million for the 3Q'02 (up 5% over 3Q'01), consolidated EBITDA of $52.1 million (up 154% over prior year), consolidated free cash flow from operations of $37.5 million (up 393% over 3Q'01), and 3Q'02 net loss applicable to common shares decreased to $45.9 million, or $0.77 per share, (down from $95.8 million, or $1.71 per share in 3Q'01). |
